About
My work in human movement began over two decades ago at UCLA Medical Center’s Motion Analysis Lab, where I first explored the science behind how we move. As both a physical therapist and Pilates instructor, I’ve always been driven to bridge evidence-based practice with the lived experience of movement—refining not just how we recover, but how we perform at every stage of life.
In 2012, I served as Executive Director of the Innovation Center at REHAB Hospital of the Pacific, leading the development of clinical programs that integrated cutting-edge technology into rehabilitation. That role expanded globally in 2015, when I was recruited to Singapore as a clinical technology consultant. For the next six years, I partnered with global tech companies and government agencies to bring data-driven tools into clinical settings—training teams to evaluate, optimize, and rehabilitate movement and function in smarter, more effective ways.
Over time, my focus expanded to women’s health, particularly the pelvic floor—a critical, yet often overlooked foundation of strength, stability, and mobility. This work continues to fuel my commitment to helping women build resilience, prevent injury, and move through life with strength and clarity.
I believe when women understand and trust their bodies, they move with greater precision, resilience, and purpose.
I currently live in San Francisco and in my free time, enjoy yoga, banging around in a kitchen and building my novice mahjong skills.
The Modern Art of Recovery
It all begins with connection. The Modern Art of Recovery is where science, technology, and the art of human movement intersect. Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s a deeply personal process that brings the mind, body, and spirit back into alignment. Through these reconnections—within ourselves and with our community—we find strength, resilience, and renewal.
